Vidori provides a video streaming platform that enables content creators to host, distribute, and monetize video content. Our Services include video hosting, streaming delivery, payment processing, analytics, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You retain ownership of content you upload to Vidori ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Vidori a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit content that:

  • Infringes any intellectual property or other rights
  • Contains illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory material
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Impersonates any person or entity
  • Contains unsolicited promotions or spam

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.

5. Payments and Billing

Subscription Fees

Some Services require payment of subscription fees. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Usage-Based Fees

Certain Services are billed based on usage (bandwidth, storage, etc.). You agree to pay for all usage according to our current pricing, which is available on our website.

Revenue Share

Vidori does not take any percentage of your subscriber revenue. Payment processing fees from third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal) apply as disclosed in our pricing.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Usage-based fees are billed monthly in arrears. We may change our fees with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Vidori and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDORI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vidori and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
